Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris School of Economics and graduate of the Master's in Public Policy programme at the University of Chicago. Before joining CAF, he was a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute. He has been a consultant for international organisations such as the World Bank, the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development and the Population Council. In Mexico, he collaborated with the CIDAC think tank and, in the private sector, with INSAD and Hill and Knowlton.
