Este documento estudia y describe las principales fuentes de financiamiento para proyectos de infraestructura en América Latina. A la vez, analiza cómo el potencial económico de la región será impulsado por tres factores estructurales: un entorno macro económico estable, la consolidación de instituciones democráticas y una transición demográfica.
