Ortega, Daniel

Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland (USA, 2002), Master's Degree in Economics from the same university (2000). Economist from the Central University of Venezuela (1997). He currently serves as Director of Impact Assessment and Policy Learning at CAF. Daniel has been an adjunct professor at the Institute of Higher Studies in Administration (IESA) since 2004. Previously, he was Impact Assessment Coordinator and Senior Economist at CAF, as well as Research Economist for the Economic Advisory Office of the National Assembly of Venezuela between 2002 and 2004.
