Economist and Master in Public Management. His career has focused on quantitative research on topics of interest for public policy in developing countries. Recently, his work has centered on the construction and use of artificial intelligence algorithms to extract useful lessons for implementing more effective solutions to existing public challenges in Latin America and the Caribbean.
