Economist from Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB) (Caracas, Venezuela) and Specialist in Territorial Government and Public Management from Javeriana Pontifical University (Bogotá, Colombia). She has nearly a decade of experience as a consultant on public policy and the Venezuelan regulatory environment. Co-author of several studies on economic regulation policies in Venezuela. University professor at UCAB, Monteávila University, and Executive Education at IESA. She joined CAF—Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean—in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Executive for Development Contributions and Impact Measurement, coordinating the MIDES system.
